Data were obtained from 10 farms belong to 5 firms by means of survey between October 2012 - March 2013. All of the trout farms was founded on the dam lake make farming in cages. The total water surface area of the farms is 190.500 m2 and occupied area on the land is 40.000 m2. The theoretical and the actual total capacity of fish farms are 6.515 tons / year and 4.126 tons / year respectively. Harvest density in cages is the lowest 7.65 kg / m3 and the highest 22.66 kg / m3. The average intensity of harvest was found as 17.32 kg / m3. Feed conversion ratio (FCR) was determined as the average 1,07. 30 % of the fish product marketed to province and 70 % marketed to other provinces. It was observed that the trout market size in all farms is around an average of 250 grams and price is 4.5-5.5 TL/ kg.
