The aim of this study was to determine the effects of rosemary(Rosmarinus officinalis) oil on growth performance, hematological and biochemical parameters in rainbow trout. For this purpose, 300 healthy rainbow trout (10,14±0,06 g) were divided into four groups (75 fish in each group) and fed diets supplemented with 0% (control), 0.025 %, 0.1 % and 0.05 % rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) oil for 60 days. As a result of our study, the addition of rosemary oil to feed did not have positive effects on growth and feed intake. In addition, rosemary oil addition to feed did not cause a change in total erythrocyte count, hemoglobin concentration, glucose, triglyceride, total protein and creatinine (P>0.05).However, white blood cells counts (total leukocytes) was significantly increased in fish fed with 0.025 % and 5 % rosemary oil (p<0.05). Furthermore, in all groups except the control group, there was a significant decrease in the levels of Na + and Cl-(p<0.05).
