In recent years, molecular studies of fishes such techniques has been widely used for diagnosis and determination of the origin.
One of these branches broodstock management applications. For this purpose, the selection of stocks mixed broodstock
according to methods conventionally used in the multiplex PCR method faster and more sensitive. In thisstudy the nurse as a
candidate that is kept different farms Brown trout tail part of 2-3 cm of tissue. Examples are 1.5ml tubes of 98% with ethanol is
retained. It is made using DNA extraction consistent with commercial kits. PCR amplified with primers specific to groups using
them mtDNA line ages in dloop gel images obtained from the Danube and the Adriatic line age group for a group of 410 bp and
150 bp product size were determined respectively. As a result, the 5-line age group of Brown trout in these cond line age group in
Turkey were determined by multiplex PCR. Aquaculture is a fast method for the determination of the stocks mixed broodstock.
However, determining the effectiveness of Turkey increased haplo type native trout.
