Trout hatchery's yield were low-level. Broodstock origin wasn't known and used the same breeding fish for a long time without refresh. This study, conducted by the Association of Trabzon Inland Water Fish Farms, that created five different broodstocks of rainbow trout with nine different places (Elazıg, Maras, Kayseri, Bilecik, Kütahya, Sakarya, Antalya, Kırklareli, Artvin) in Turkey. Broodstock fish selected by sampling the genetic origin, disease status, and phenotypic characteristics. The fish tagged with PIT, grown out in the net cages for seven months (October 2010-May 2011) and distributed to members of the Union each of 150 - 300 fish. Fish farms were selected that they produce most-enterprises fry. These farms was controlled by researcher for water quality criteria, fish disease, and living environments and other follow-up care and feeding conditions were the production efficiency of the incubation period investigated.
