For bacterial isolations, total of 4024 samples were collected from rainbow trout farms between December 2008 and July 2009. In these examples 160 F. psychrophilum was isolated by using culture methods and biochemical tests. Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) technique was performed with the molecular confirmation of this F. psychrophilum strains. Kirby-bauer Disc diffusion method was used to evaluate antibacterial susceptibility. Flavobacterium psychrophilum strains were found sensitive to various antibacterial agent, such as, Oxytetracycline, Florfenikol, Enrofloxacin and Ciprofloxacin.
