Relationship between fish length and otolith biometry of Spiny gurnard living in the Mediterranean were examined. A total of 443
specimens were collected in Northeast Mediterranean region during January 2012-December 2012. Total 443 length and weight of
the specimens were measured. The right and left otoliths of each individuals were removed and then otoliths length and wide were
measured. The mean right and left otoliths weight were determined respectively 0,0042-0,0042g; otoliths wide 3,577-3,575 mm;
otoliths length 5,050-5,047 mm. Relationship between otolith biometry and fish length were not determined important (P>0,05).
