The effects of MOS on growth parameters (live weight gain, specific growth rate, feed convertion ratio) and lysozyme activity were investigated. Better growth performance was observed in 0.25% MOS group when compared to other groups (P<0.05). There was no significant difference of growth performance in 0.50% MOS group compared to the control group (P>0.05). Dry matter, lipid and ash contents of MOS groups were not significant compared to control group. But, crude protein content was lower in 0.50% MOS group. Lysozyme activity was significantly increased (P<0.05) by MOS concentrations in two experimental groups when compared to control. Keywords : Cyprinus carpio, mannan oligosaccharide, growth, lysozyme
